what you need to know:

  • Prepping for your upcoming facial:

    -Do not use any active acids or Retinol, Vitamin A products 3-5 days prior and after

    -Do not get facial waxing 3 days prior or after -Botox is ok 1 week before or after

    -Collagen Fillers must be administered 2 weeks prior or as instructed by physician before

    -Refrain from laser hair removal on treated area 2 weeks prior or after

    -If you are more than 20 weeks pregnant, one must get consent from your doctor stating that it is okay to lay on your back for 50-80 minutes for your service

    -Having an active cold sore or open lesion on the skin is not recommended for a facial and may be turned away.

    Men: Facial hair is ok. Do not shave the day of or the day before your facial.

  • Facial After Care Instructions:

    -Keep your skin hydrated. Drinking lots of water helps flush out toxins and helps keep your skin glowing.

    -preferably no makeup application until the next day.

    -No need to wash your face until the next day

    -Avoid hair removal if deep exfoliation is done such as Microderm or any type of peel.

    -Avoid sun exposure for 24-48 hours if any enzyme or chemical peel is done.

    -Practice getting into the habit of changing your pillowcase every 2 days.

    it is normal for the skin to purge up to a couple days after a facial

  • Waxing Aftercare Instructions:

    For the first 24 hours after a waxing service avoid the following to prevent skin irritation:

    -Touching or scratching the treated area

    -Hot baths or showers (cool or lukewarm water only)

    -Saunas, hot tubs, pools, or steam rooms

    -Massage or friction in the treated area

    -Tanning (sunbathing, sunbeds, or fake tans)

    -Exfoliating the treated area

    -Wearing tight-fitting clothes

    -Exercise or other activities which cause you to sweat

    -Applying products to the treated area (including make-up, lotions, soaps, powders, perfumes, and self-tanning products)


deposits

All clients are required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit and understand that under no circumstances will this be returned

  • Booking means the client understand that they can only carry the deposit over twice and must reschedule 48 hours or more before a service, if rescheduling is not possible with the current availability (within 6 weeks), the client must fully cancel the appointment and pay a new deposit to rebook

  • All clients agree to contact their esthetician via email or text as soon as they can for any changes to the service

  • Same-Day Cancellations or Arriving 20 minutes past your appointment time is considered a “no-show” and you will not be refunded your deposit. 

  • All clients agree to communicate via email or text if they are running late and will be given the remaining time of service. Full payment is still required.

  • Cancellations made the day of their appointment, will still be asked to pay for 20% service. And to reschedule a $25 non-refundable deposit is required. 

  • Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates

CANCELLATION

If for any reason you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hrs before your appointment. If you fail to do so your deposit does not roll over to your next appointment. I understand things out of our control may occur & that is why I will allow one rescheduled appointment to prevent frequent scheduling discrepancies.

Please be on time to your appointment. I have clients back to back & cannot run behind on my appointments for the day.

*If you are late more then 20 min your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be responsible for remaining.
